Google says 64% of Chrome traffic on Android now protected with HTTPS, 75% on Mac, 66% on Windows

 Google’s push to make the web more secure by flagging sites using insecure HTTP connections appears to be working. The company announced today that 64 percent of Chrome traffic on Android is now protected, up 42 percent from a year ago. MongoDB finishes up 34% in database IPO

 New York-based MongoDB went public on the Nasdaq on Thursday, finishing the day at $32.07, up 34% above its IPO price of $24. This is also above the proposed range of $20 to $22, which had been increased from $18 to $20.
